We are a friendly, sociable running group for all abilities. Our runs are completely free and are held every Monday evening at 18:00pm. Meeting at The Run Company store, so you can leave gear securely as the store will be locked. We have at least 14 routes, ranging from 5k - 10k including road, trails and intervals. All fun!
