Very informal group of runners/joggers/plodders who like getting together for a natter whilst exploring countryside around Salisbury.
Sociable, if not exceptionally speedy. We run to the pace of the slowest person, nobody gets left behind. Otherwise it isn't fun for everyone.
Distance covered depends on time available, anything from 5k up to 30k.....
A diverse group who doesn't focus purely on PBs but on running for the sheer fun of it
But 6 of us have done marathons this year already, so we can do it if we feel like it!

Club Sessions
Tuesday
We usually try to meet Tuesday mornings after school drop off. Location and Runs are to suit whoever wants to come (usually arranged via Facebook), so they may be 5k, with the option to do another loop or we may go straight to a 10/12k.......it's all flexible

Thursday
Sometimes there are Thursday runs - usually slightly longer. 15km plus. Starting 930am

Sunday
Sunday evenings in the Summer (well, we call it 'summer' but essentially this is after the clocks go forward) at around 630 ish. Random meeting places, usually a 10-12k run.
Again, we organise via the facebook page and once interested parties are known, we pick a route/start poin, so it's a mystery tour each week......
We don;t run evenings in the winter....usually Sunday mornings where practicable.
