This delightful Christmas Star brightens up our mantlepiece, standing elegantly (or not) atop our clock. We absolutely love it ๐ŸŒŸ

I have been running since April 2005 so celebrate 15 years soon. I enjoy every aspect of running from training to racing. Target race for spring 2020 is White Peak Marathon where I hope to have a better run than in Poznan 2019. My life has completely changed since taking up running and joining Fetch everyone, I have met loads of lovely like minded people and best of all I met my Wonderful Husband! heart

Training paces Spring 2020

Marathon goal 4 hours approx 9 min mile

Long runs โ€“ 10-20% slower than goal marathon pace = 9.54 - 10.30 mm

Med long runs โ€“ 10-20% slower than goal marathon pace = 9.54 - 10.30 mm

General aerobic runs โ€“ steady pace = 8.55

Lactate threshold โ€“ 15k to half marathon pace = 8:27 - 8:39

VO2max โ€“ 5k race pace = 8:05

Recovery pace โ€“ relaxed, notably slower pace = 9.54

Marathon pace โ€“ marathon goal pace = 9:05
