Rattling through

This, amazingly, is the not so new trendy bar down the road, it used to be a branch of Lloyds Bank. It is very smart inside and totally soulless. Shame.

Smiley face as well.

Starting running more seriously during march 2007.Since then I have run 102 races, and even XC! Joined Cirencester AC in March 2009, and the training sessions had a great effect, especially on my speed. Mara time 4:14, Half Marathon 1:39.03, 10k now 44.04, 5k now 21.01. Never won the Cirencester AC Road Champs, RU twice, but now never will because I live in Stockport and I am a Harrier thereof. Really have no plans at all to run Marathons again, but would link 1-35 for a half, and 20.30 for 5k. My perennial probelm with running, islong runs, I do not like them! Ten miles is good for me, if I could crack that little foible I would improve considerably. CiRF qualified, level 3 Event Group qualified, plus MA in Sport and Exercise. I am unsure where this Masters will lead, as of now, nowhere. However, I am amazed at what running has done for me. Dedicated hiker, 1000 miles a year, pub visitor, 59 new pubs a year and beer and wine drinker, if training allows :-).Running took a massive hit summer 2019, several doctors appointments didn't find turn out as I would wish, as I had Prostate Cancer and slight coronary Heart Disease. Medication from Sept 2019, to March 202, operation March 2020. Radiotherapy finished May 2020, first set of tests back were good, PSA normal. Next test June. Running ever so slowly coming back, June 2020 saw me run 42 minutes for 5k, I can squeak under 30 now, March 2021!
