I don't really bother with new year resolutions too much, since I usually end up breaking them anyway. I know that for me, imposing a rigid set of rules for myself ultimately sets me up for failure, since I have that sort of all or nothing mindset that once I have one foot off of a wagon, my whole self comes crashing off of it.
But I do appreciate the sentiment behind this quote on the wall of the college, and feel it is fitting for today's category. Do excuse the blurry pic though, as other folk were about and I didn't want to look like an inspirational quote wanker by very obviously taking a pic of it

Currently living with post viral dysautonomia, which means jog/walking is my limit right now. But I still have the memories, and I could shift a bit back in the day Oh, and the nickname?
