Well a spectacular wreath was asked for. Mrs Spanners would be upset if i did not post picture of ours first. She loves this.
I am not fussed by it.
However I did see one on my travels I did like.
Not best picture but its sprouts. Could not get too close as people are strangers and they were in looking at me!

I started running at the the end of May 2012. I have never enjoyed running much in the past but was challenged to run a 10k in September. I thought this was good motivation.Have managed to lose a chunk of weight and feel miles better. Love going out for hard run after tough day at work.New aim is to see how far i can push myself
