Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Treasure hunt - day 5

I'm struggling with a good option for day 4, a nativity scene. The only one I could remember wasn't there any more. The closest and it isn't close, but it amuses me is:

I did better today with day 5, 5 gold Rings. I picked up a pizza box on the street, pressumbly it fell out of someone's recycling in. It can live in ours till the next collection! Then I realised it had five red circles, or rings! And Ilike the colour red more than gold anyway :-)

Got something to say?

I am not a natural runner (I'm better at slower things like walking, climbing, caving, skiing...) but I do enjoy running.

I started running a little in 2005 in preparation for a 5K Race for Life. I enjoyed that and carried on running, which provided great stress relief from my PhD! Running petered out when I moved to NZ in Jan 2008, not helped by buying a (lovely) house at the top of a hill.

Triathlons have always interested me, so when I saw the local "fun" triathlon advertised I coudlnt help but enter it. This has kick started my running again. And swimming, and cycling.
