Baza Training been going well, looking to break the 30 minute barrier on this flat course. *Update* Brilliant, really enjoyed that. Could have gone a few seconds quicker too I reckon. Out in 14:43, back in 14:17. Good conditions for running and cracking feed afterwards - Apple & Strawberry tarts :-) Good to see Tigger & Enigma again. Enigma Watch time as I'm missing from the official results sheet. Sob :-( I was there honest! If I wasn't there I'd put in a better time ;-) Seriously though, having taken times and numbers at the end of races I know it's not the easiest thing in the world. Apart from that it was another good Fife AC race with the usual post race nosh. I need to train so I can get some speed back. No-one to blame but myself. Good to be back racing though.
