What's the biggest challenge that awaits you?
Keeping fit and well despite having been diagnosed with Parkinson's in April 2019. It's the not knowing what's down the road that's hard, but I'm trying to fend it off as best I can, and exercise is helping me keep my fitness (and sanity!). |
