Easy Effort Run
Was to be an unplanned rest day due to lie in, but after tracking clients to great races I was inspired to get out for a bit.

Still in recovery mode so only 25 minutes easy effort. Both calves still tight but less so than yesterday.
HR still higher than normal, but some of that could have been running straight after lunch!!
