10-in10 Race 2.
Object lesson - DO NOT tie your shies too tight - even a little bit!!!!
Massive pain on the instep of my left foot necessitated a complete relacing of my shoe at 18 miles - which completely upset my running rhythm.
Slow split at 22 miles where I stopped at the Water Station to take on a decent amount of fluid, AND rest the foot which was easing.
Found the latter stages of today quite hard.
Pleased with it though
