YWA - Yoga for When You're Feeling Angry
I'm not feeling especially angry though today is my first day back at work after a week off and I did wake up with that familiar "work tasks that need to be done" anxiety
So it's probably more of a yoga for when you're feeling angry that you have to go back to work and retirement at any age is genuinely a pipe dream
I'd have liked a slightly more active session but, in all honesty, this probably helped more than I realise
