One of those days when I allowed life to get in the way of planned run and it had got later in the day than I'd like.
should have been 90/60 mins with 3x12 or 10 mins- but had to promise self an easy one just to get out of the door.

Bug squish loop.
Legs were more peppy than expected - after a few very clunky minutes, but think I forgot antihistamine this morning and hayfever in full flow. couple of very short efforts in last half mile just because.
