I'm sure it won't have made it any worse. Spending tomorrow doing seated travelling will probably help more.

Yes plenty of rest before race day with a few strides to shake the legs off the day before race day

Thanks, yes, that's the intention. A jog round parkrun and some strides in the last mile, then hit the sofa.
