Recovery walk in the park
After I successfully navigated the stairs, I walked over to the park to test my legs. They were happy enough walking briskly but running was still a different kettle of fish. I only managed short bursts of 20-30 seconds of jogging before I had to walk again. I need another day for some decent run/walk.
