Notes & Comments

Road shoes canal run between work and Spanish class for half an hour. 5k on the canal. All okay amazingly. My foot seemed fine too and didn't flare up afterwards. Just the odd tiny twinge. Felt quite unfit though, and suspect the taper has been a bit too severe and I've lost some fitness. Never mind though, at least everything is okay and it's surprising how you tend to feel okay on the day.
