Day12 - Phew - big puffer on and a promise to myself to just get it done nice and easy.
Lurgy has hit our house again - I off school at his dads, C snotty and coughing and up with “bad dreams”, H full of the snots and teething and nursery called when the wilting started this afternoon.

So dinner and bed for the kids then big effort to stay below PIP ( Poo Insucing Pace) - a lot slower these days!)given the food I’d ingested once hunger kicked in and run had been delayed.

Feel ok though which is nice 👍
