Flat Out Fi The Stansted 10k course doesnt get any easier! Esp after all that rain last night! The off road bits were tougher than normal. I tried my new off road shoes out today and they were great on the muddy bits but felt a bit heavy on the road bits. Was pleased to come 3rd lady overall - the winner was from Cambs and the 2nd lady was from Fairlands Valley. Good to have got that one out of the way, last time I did that race 2 years ago was when I got v badly injured!! The same lovely phyio lady was there again today and asked how I was - I told her Ive since managed to do the other calf too!! ;o) Unaffiliated 39:54 40:35 44:34 68.53

Vicksta Not a bad run considering I was croaking all day. Course best (though previous years were scorchers!). This year was muddy with a heavy shower on the way. Glad I wore trail shoes as people were sliding backwards on the muddy hills. Harlow RC 44:17 44:17 48:39 62.48
