Bodge A PB by 21 secs very pleased, very HILLY and very cold. Still had a bit left even after climbing up to stafford show ground 3 times on this 3 lap race, not as boring as everyone makes out. Went through 10miles in 1:25 and 13.1 in 1:51, mile 16 was a bit of a struggle but managed to recover and kick on for the last 4 miles. Lots of hidden hills and as a result very pleased with my progress in prep for London in 6 weeks. Stafford Harriers 2:51:56 2:51:56 2:55:03 54.56

taulpaul First ever 20 mile race so always gonna be a pb. actually surprised myself at how fast i went (well for me) but yet didn't really struggle. really enjoyed the race even it was bloody freezing. puts me in a good mood for the FLM Birmingham Swifts 2:40:19 2:40:19 2:40:19 57.18
Vickyy First attempt at this distance - it was a tough race and I nearly quit at 14 miles and 15 miles - it was so cold and I was struggling, managed to finish in the end.
