Ally C I need to find the start and registration first as I am only visiting the area. All going to plan I will be able to race!!! Never done a 5k before and it is not the number 1 priority as I am training for the Lochaber marathon, however I plan to add the total mileage to a long run later in the day. Happy to run under 20 minutes given my 10k PB is 40. 47 (we will see!!). Update - well I found the race and managed to get round in 19.29 (happy considering I had ran 7 miles to get to the start managed to get my total miles for the day (14.2) in the bag for marathon training also, so a good day.
