Ally2 rude not to enter race on my doorstep. another road 10k pb on a fairly quick course- no hills to speak of, a bit twisty and had to overtake runners from 8k but felt good and sped up in last 3k. sub 32 is defo on this year. 1st by about 3mins. won £50 sweatshop vouchers. splits 3k 9:31, 5k 16:00, 8k 25:52. cehstone hard breathing, fairly flat course, still disappointed that I wasn't closer to a PB. Nice prompt start and a nice place to run, sprint at the end with someone who got the wrong finish point Redhill Road Runners, Rebel Runners Nottingham 47:02 48:45 48:54 66.97
