njosmith Gun time. Disappointed not to get under 35 but it was a good run anyway. I found it reasonably easy to run at 7 minute miles. Could have been better prepared for this but arrived with a couple of minutes before the start and my Garmin hadn't locked on to a satelite properly when the gun went.
