Alun Wasn't sure what to expect on my return to the track, started hard and tucked in with the main group consisting of Annabel Young, Darren Wright​, heidi hughes​ and Abbe Clarke (Sean Barwick​ stretched away). Pleased to clear the first 300m in 60 seconds, dropped a few seconds on each of the next two laps before recovering and chasing hard on the final lap. Hoped for around 5:15 but very pleased with 5:05.61, onwards to the next race (3000m) in 2 weeks. 🏃🏻💪 Medway & Maidstone AC 4:53 4:53 5:15 5:05.61 81.98
