RunningBob Single terrain - mud. Not pretty. OK I take it back. Macc H had changed the course adding a new fun twisty section through the trees and cutting out the aimless slog round the rugby pitches. Over 50% was runnable and I really quite enjoyed it! In fact enjoying it so much I miscounted and until someone shouted 50m to go I was fully expecting to run another lap - and overtake the 4 in front of me ;-) Wilmslow RC 34:08 36:15 40:00 36:15 74.10
WillBill Survived. Jogged the first lap, in deference to acute jet lag, but felt Ok so picked it up a little and ended up doing rather better than expected (a shorter course than at Boggart helped). Plenty of mud but it's been worse in the past. Fife AC 37:02 38:07 45:00 38:28 69.83
