Alun Decided to go with road shoes because there were just too many tarmacked or metalled paths. Started steady and then pushed after a few hundred metres, moved through the field over the first lap and then hanging on at the end, lost a handful of places but otherwise happy with my race.🏃💪 Nice chat with the race director afterwards, discussed the issues that they face here and the limitations placed on them by the venue. Not helped by another SVN race being held on the course, their runners were going both ways on parts of the course...🙄 Medway & Maidstone AC 29:59 33:47 33:47 74.76
