runningritch Undulating race to say the least! Ran with minor thigh strain (tho not the anticipated hangover), but set off too quick, and had to walk 3 or 4 times for 10-20 secs to regain breath. Hard race, but good. Smashed PB tho, so all good! Pershore Plum Plodders 42:46 43:14 52:00 45:17 58.30
