PeteH21 This was my first road race, and I ran it in my Salomon Trail shoes as I did'nt own any road shoes at the time. I completly surprised myself with a top 20 position, and was even happier when I found out I had come first Junior (u21). I went off maybe a bit too fast at the start, and was winning for a bit, however the men soon past me, leaving me to run for time, not positions. Nice course, great race, in a lovely lal village.
