TW 400m OW swim, 20k bike, 5k run...2nd year for me, out to beat 2006 time......had a great run....swim was OK, 7.49 out of the water, the bike was then really good, at least 4 minutes quicker than last year...37.46 including both T1 and T2...the new bike must be worth it :-) Run was then good 21.21....came in well under expected time, so all those Fetch betters should be happy :-)...for first time ever my overall position on the bike was better than my run...I was 148th on Swim...122nd on bike and 142nd on run. Unaffiliated 1:10:00 1:06:58 107.51
