Dubois This was hard! A couple of steep ups meant I was pouring with sweat after 10 minutes and this was swiftly followed with a quick descent down a goat track about a foot wide! We were then by the coast on rocky paths which undulated a bit so when I reached Portland Bill (about 6 miles) my legs were pretty much ruined. A long slog up a gradual incline followed, some more clifftop running, all very pleasant - it was great weather throughout. I got off Portland after about 1 hr 40 but then came the sting in the tail - about 2 miles on Chesil Beach - Unaffiliated 1:42:45 1:42:45 1:59:00 2:20:26 41.40
