Ands Race full as of 3/4/10. 30/6 - can't wait, so looking forward to it. Had the map etc out today (since I've got lost on 2 training runs recently). Forecast maybe a bit hot. Great day. Tricky headwind at first adn difficult to settle in with camelback. Views spectacular. Wooler RC made it a fantastic event. I got a spot prize (apparently) but I don't know what it is yet. 30mins (yes 30mins) better than last year. And I had a sit down snack at the top of Hedgehope. Wish I'd just sneaked under 5 tho.
