Foxy hoping for a sub 4.30 start to the challenge whilst fresh before easing off. Velociraptor Very Cumbrian weather - I kept my raincoat on, with the hood up, for almost 14 miles. Did my best to make sure I ran at an effort-level that didn't take too much out of me. Think I succeeded. Will know tomorrow ;) Cumberland AC 3:36:39 3:36:39 3:52:02 61.45
