Fuzzy POST-RACE - Sorry to all who bet on me, I've let you down, badly. Over 8mins off my PB. A new personal worst, for the second race in a row!! So much for my pre-race confidence... can't even blame it on injury or lack of fitness, maybe it's time to hang up my racing shoes. Nice race though - grass, track and mud!! PRE-RACE - Haven't done a 10k in ages, and this is fairly local. Looking for a vast imrovement from my last race (a poor performance at Dorking 10m). Potential of a PB, as long as its not to hot on the day. No race no. or confirmation yet, hopefully can get in on the the day. Feel i've got a PB in me for this one. MissingPhoenix Was 1/2 road 1/2 trails, lots of mud and puddles, lots of fun. Started way too quickly, 1st 4.10, 2nd 4.08, then hit the mud slowed up. Not sure of 5k split, think 2nd was slightly faster. Very flat though so helped the speed. Unaffiliated 41:45 43:40 48:00 45:50 57.62
