Fat Boy Lovely evening for race. Finished 5th in 16.58 but paid the penalty for being a bit too ambitious over the first mile or so. I went off with the leading two runners, got dropped after about 7 minutes of running and the lactic hit me hard over the last mile. It was still my fastest time on this course improving 8 seconds on my June time of 17.06. Carnegie Harriers 15:37 16:55 16:58 78.60

toepointer Pleased as 4th. race in 9 days and not a bad time considering. Went flat out from start but settled into a nice rhythm and aided by a downhill finish when tiring, first female by 10s. Lasswade AC 19:39 19:39 20:43 71.28
