PentlandPounder Nice we PB by 1 min 20. Great course, very scenic. Welcome shower about 1.5 miles from the end which cooled me down. Pacing good, no one overtook me in the last 4 miles, and I passed a few, so all in all quite pleased, esp as I was worried I'd not fully recovered fron the Pentland skyline last week.
