Notes & Comments

Helensburgh Half - Hoped for a good time and maybe retain West District V40 medal. Got neither felt good at first running similar paces to Inverness (through 10k in 34.55) alongside Hayley Haining then the wheels came off at 7, got hit by a wheel (push bike) at 8 then old friend mega blisters to the finish. Just about held on for 2nd and a rather undeserved 1st male trophy.
