Notes & Comments

Reds & yellows - Carol coaching. Ran to the mile loop - then we did: 200m at max effort; 600m at 5k pace; 3 mins walk recovery; 400m at mile pace; 2 mins static recovery; repeat - final rep was just 2omm hard & 600m at 5k. I'm not sure I got the pacing quite right but I should maybe have lapped the Garmin to be sure.
