About this parkrun
Trail run along the river. Short out and back followed by long out and back. Pretty much flat all the way, gets a bit muddy in places. Course length spot on 5k. Free parking approx 5 minute walk to the start/finish.lin50 28th Dec 2019
Trail out n back 1x short then 1x long loops 3x 180deg turns. Flatish, trail surface. Nice

Park in NT car park then along the road 800m, past the church and bridge to start. Double out+back, first one shorter. On gravel path, reckon it’s slightly uphill towards the finish! Keep left on the path. Cafe back in the car park.
