anthony a A very warm Wednesday evening at Kingsbury Water Park for the annual Kingsbury Classic 10K. The race was cancelled this year and was only put back on two weeks ago after Peel Runners guaranteed to provide some extra marshals for this event. Well done on them! Did the race last year and despite being thoroughly bitten my zillions of midges, and swallowing many mouthfuls of flies I returned once again - This time covered in Deet! A nice scenic double lap route around the park, and a reduction in bites and fly-swallowing made for a great event. Well organised and helpful friendly marshals offering plenty of encouragement. Nice to say hello to fellow fetcheveryoner Ness.

Turbo doesnt count All depends on how marathon goes on Sunday. Only entered to get out of works do! Went ok, took the first km to get Sunday out of my legs from then on every km was quicker than the one before. Excellent effort by Peel runners to do the marshalling and keep this one on the calendar
