I agree with icenutter - WFH means relentless exposure to the causes.

In the olden days, when air-conditioned offices were a thing, I'm sure there were better years than this year.

I allegedly had hayfever (Lots & lots of sneezing, some dry itchy eyes & throat)for many years, which got worse in the autumn and at night in hot dry weather or cold wet weather, which turned into a wheeze. Turns out, after investigation, I had really mild asthma, the sneezing was an unusual symptom. Started an inhaler & rarely need to use any OTC medication now.

CMR - that wouldn't explain the hayfever "hangover" though?

I'm struggling this week. Hardly sleeping because of it. My tablets from the doc work quickly, but they don't last until the next dose. For some reason, when I ordered my repeat they only gave me enough tablets for a week too.

Yep. I seem to get it in cycles, ie it'll be bad for a few, then okay for a few. Last year was bad, and this year isn't looking much better.

Might consider going to GP for some prescription stuff as it can be more effective than the shop stuff.
