Before I blog about the amazing day I've had hiking in the hills of Tenerife I'll blog a summary of my treasure hunt photos.

First Day of Christmas : a picture of your favourite gift (given or received) and an explanation why.
My Fetch Secret Santa gift ...

Day 2 : a nice view, festive if possible from your Boxing Day run/walk/cycle.
A view of Mount Teide with snow on it!

Day 3 : your objective is to find an Angel! Simple as...

Day 4 : a Nativity scene...

Day 5 : 5 gold rings would be perfect, 5 rings awfully good. But rings in general will get you a 'pass'...

Day 6 : Find the nicest, sparkliest, biggest or smallest Christmas wreath...

Day 7: despite the mild weather, the clue/task is find something relating to winter wonderland!

Day 8, also 1-Jan : Resolutions. My resolution.. " to make sure I pause for a minute once a day to take in my surroundings and take note of the beautiful world around me." Today I paused to take in the view of a beautiful beach.

Day 9 : an outdoors, alternative Christmas tree...

Day 10 : a reindeer...

Day 11 : an Easter Egg hunt, fill the gallery with photos of chocolate. Well chocolate on the hotel's buffet breakfast selection...

And lastly. For today.
Day 12 : 12 or a dozen of anything. In my case a dozen fridge magnets on a display in a souvenir shop....

Thank you, um and Reiver for the fun seasonal treasure hunt. I've really enjoyed trying to find photos to suit.
