I have just returned to this site and realised I hadn't updated this for 4years!! I'm 45 and an active nanny of two (one 7yr old, one 3mths old!!), I don't run as much as I used two following 2surgery for Freibergs disease in my foot but I do have the occasional plod! I discovered strength training which I love, have entered one national fitness event coming a respectful last and really keen to do it again (well maybe not coming last part but if that's the case then so be it!!!), I'm determined to do as much as I can before my foot packs up!!!
