Notes & Comments

Wyre Forest Half, having been violently ill the day before and only got to bed at 3am after driving back from Grantham. MIles 4-7.5 were the toughest, with hills and mud. At mile 7 I was running really unevenly and the spot on my left knee was pretty sore. Luckily Anthony caught up with me and we ran together until I left him at mile 13 for the nice uphill finish. Great scenery and I have felt worse in a race, I would definitely do it again.
