Nice little evening recovery job with will. God to have company and go slow. Nice evening, finally warming up here in philadelphia. 52 miles on the week, highest I've done since late september. Crazy how much I was running in august/september but anyhow. Feels like a big accomplishment. Gonna try and keep going up next week to 55 but then week after will go down to just 45.
