Oof first 'wake up and go' run in quite some time, and felt pretty bad pretty bad. Despite getting good bit of sleep, but I suppose body is very unused and stomach was grumpy, undereating again probably. So yeah, not all too fun. But, on the bright side, uh I did run 50 miles this week! First time since late september to be over 50 miles on one week, so that is cool I like that.
