Felt quite terrible. At start it was fine bc start of run, but by the time I was coming back on fitzwater I was feeling it. Probs wearing altras and running all on sidewalks wasn't good but also like wtf because I felt good yesterday and ran moderately long but not that long and easy, and then got decent sleep last night so idk. Maybe just the overcast weather getting to my legs. But was nice to get out for a city run, this is a pretty solid 7 mile loop, only 4 stops the whole time!
