Easy 8 miler to cap off the week. During which I ran 48 miles, my highest mileage week since the end of september lol. But yeah, feels good, especially with 1 solid workout and another workout that definitely is getting me fitter. Also enjoyed the end of the overcast day as the sky got darker and darker, and views of the city from mlk and girard ave bridge. So yeah, good stuff. Have been having a tad bit of weird pain in right foot but only walking around apartment and not running so not too worried but something to keep an eye on.
