Easy run in the wind/cold that was not very fun. But oh well I got 'er done. Was sunny out at least which was something, but body felt bad which made since given hard run yesterday and not super optimal sleep last night. But, 44 miles on the week! I am such a real runner, I am getting so fit let's go let's go. Also this is a good loop to do.
