KADS - Notts AAA 2nd race
Good turn out again. 2 mens teams and 1 short of 2 ladies teams.
Horrible weather. Heavy rain until just before start. Showers throughout and very windy
Started ok but soon struggled (2nd mile). Couple of walk breaks. Not sure if this is physical or mental now? Need to get a grip.
Finished ok, felt strong in last mile and past a lot of runners.
