About this parkrun
A figure of eight all-path course. Under trees for large part so not so hot as some others. McDonald’sAfter the event.

Run around west coast park, starting near the stage close to the McDonalds the route takes you around the outskirts of the park in a figure of eight route. Flat apart from a small drop and rise as you go through the underpass. Parkrun starts at 07:30
