Watford Wobble First proper ultra. Miles done but is the mind prepared? Job done. Great race just a pity we missed the bus to the start due to it going early and not at the stated time of 07:45. We stuck to our 12MM plan although this dropped to 12:30 due to stiles, boggy fields and steep hills. Views were great and my favourite part of the country to race in. Very hot and humid. Tool 6 gels but only ate 3. Took sausage rolls, Twix, Snickers at check points. Also had diluted coke in bottle.
